i am not sure if this belongs in here.

has anyone ever imported one ?
i need some infomation regards to how hard it is.
i've done some research and a few websites seem to have a couple now and then for decent price and KMs.

prestigemotorsport, jspec, couple of other places.

any info or first hand experiences of problems and difficulties also about the car and its condition on arrival.

i was looking at getting one, but a mate was telling me that the CV's are also hell dodgy in all them and overall condition are pretty shitty, cause they don't look after there cars much there, but still if u can find a good one which u feel is "legit" then go for it!! Good Luck

go have a read about the different laws of importing cars into australia - in particular the 15 yr import rule and the low-volume (SEVS, soon to be RAWS) import rules.

Note also that the 15yr rule is rumoured to be frozen at dec 1989, ie no cars produced after dec 1989 can be imported under this rule. This is not concrete yet, but is a well noted rumour.
