I'm not sure if u guys know how good is LS400's brake - they are all alloy 4 pots with only less than 5kg each!! but, would the JZA80 or 70 brakes be better off?? I want brake upgrades but not sure which one to go for........

I don't really think you could go wrong, those would have to be a very similar design to the JZA80 ones anyway as they have to pull a very heavy LS400 down well.
The A70 series Supra's have big 2-piston calipers from memory, I'd say the other 4-pistons would be much better.

JZA80 use 335mm diameter discs (front).
UCF20 use 315mm diameter discs (front).

Not too sure about rear though.
