VIBRATING NOISE

Hi all ..
'ANOTHER' problem has arised in my ride seems endless.
Anyhow ... i just changed my gearbox oil to redline MT90 a few weeks ago, and i've noticed that when the car is cold, when i drive and turn the steering wheel (a little or full lock, it doesn't matter), it makes a vibrating noise in the rear somewhere. Now i've got someone to check to see if it's my tyres rubbing against the guards or any part of the car, but it isn't.
I've also noticed that this vibrating noise ONLY happens during acceleration on the corner as i turn, but if i let the throttle go and don't accelerate, then there's no noise. This problems occurs only during the first 15 mins or so of driving, and once the car is warm, it doesn't happen.
Can anyone give me any suggestions as to what this problem could be??
Thanks
