well there are a few things

- gearbox werent that strong, so alot will have problems with the syncros causing it to crunch when you change gear

- starter motor doesnt get enough power so sometimes your car wont start, its a $30-60 fix tho.

we currently have 2 awesome st162 for sale on the boards

the guy is a top bloke. the engine itself is a gen2 3sge engine instead of the normal gen1, by memory the gen2 comes out of the mr2.

you cant ask for a better car than that, i was thinking about selling my car and buying this at one stage.

The one i am currently looking at has a 3G-SE Conversion, and an estimated 70,000 km on it out of japan, it was done 3 months ago with all the receipts

i was told this was the quicker jap spec motor, rather than the aust delivered one and it was a whole front cur so the gearbox has been replaced also
