I know have more additional information for the car: 4AGZE supercharged engine, front mount IC, Lock diff, Bosch 500cc fuel pump, Surge tank in the boot, 1x Sparco bucket seat, 32mm internal waste gate, Screamer pipe for waste car if one needs more information please let me know

believe me , that '86 has been driven hard! We put that turbo and engine together when I was working at trickyweld and it goes hard. a little too hard for the kid who bought it apparently!
if I was still in Qld i'd be interested but you might try calling richard back at trickyweld (55272989) he'd probably be interested in buying it back.
this is not the first time i have seen a tough 86 crashed soon after sale and i'm sure it won't be the last. I hope mine is not next.

Im the person who bought it, under further inspection the wiring has been ripped up from the starter motor(piss ass task to do, but a bitch finding where the starter motor wire was), brake line is split once u put ur foot on the brake it squirts fluid on the dump pipe causing the smoke, dry cell battery was shagged, and the turbo is blowing smoke. Turbo on the car got advertised as a t3/4 high flow, but looks more like a VG20 or older VG30 turbo, with the wastegate welded shut. Came with a nice turbonetics gate and screamer, lotsa minor imperfections but it is sent off tot he panel shop for a full respray and slidewayz kit fitted.
Apart from that engine checks out to be fine, holds good oil pressure and has good compression. Took it for a little spin up the road on sunday drive's fine apart from the bent lower control arms/struts and pretty much whole steering front end which was replaced . Can't be more happy with the price I got it for, Azza are you bitter or something? as you come on to a thread not knowing, what was wrong with the car and claiming people have been shafted. Geez mate, it was bought at a good price and under $1,200 in parts was used. To me thats a good deal.

nope the msg was not directed at you. I will keep you informed on how everything goes, basically the motor is staying stock until I can organise or fund a rebuild, apart from that I have a GT 25/30 that I have purchased from horsepowerinabox and currently have series 2 rb25 turbo that is fitted to the manifold now, the 25/30 will be bolted up in the next few weeks and a haltech E6k will be fitted and wired up at the same time hoping for anything close to 220hp@wheels with the 33 series 2 turbo which has a (49mm inducer and ceramic exhaust once it is tuned) and anything 220hp+ with the 25/30 which should be achievable. The fuel setup will also need to be changed as the pump looks like a replacement VL or some sort not the claimed 500hp to be in there and a bosch 910 has been purchased. Apart from that the turbo and manifold design looks good with the external gate, i will keep you posted once everything is bolted up and tuned.
