Can anybody help out as i would like to purchase the car but cant without knowing the answers below.
I thought there were a lot of MZ20/21 drivers on here ??

Some of the questions i have are (amongst the million in total i have) :
1) Can you turn the airconditioning off or is always on just at the lowest setting ?? I couldnt seem to turn it off.

Sounds like its a 87 with touch screen air con etc and yes can be controlled from dash
3) What does the TV actually do or is it just a display of certain things ?? Can it be removed and replaced with a stereo without any effect on the car ??
TV can be removed and Double or single DIN stereo fitted , Amongst the TV it shows TEMS operation , service , info , Fuel economy etc etc
4) If i change the steering wheel to a aftermarket one, can i relocate the controls from the standard wheel ?? If not, do i lose all control over the audio system and air-conditiong ??
Once steering wheel removed you revert to dash controls , the sterring wheel is just a secondary control , You will loose cruise control though
5) Is there any other way to control the stereo/airconditioning other than from the controls on the steering wheel ??

6) How do you operate the foglights in the front bar ?? Is there a seperate switch somewhere or are they supposed to work with the high beam ??
They operate off a switch on the right side of the steering wheel on the dash near the ignition / key
Sorry for all the questions, i very keen on the car but would just like to know how to use everything before i purchase the car.
Any advice/help would be appreciated and anyone that could point me in the direction of a English manual would be of great assistance.

You are right, it is a 87 model.
I tried for so long to work the touch screen and turn the air-con off and also to use the other controls but couldnt do it.
Looks like the touch screen is not working. If that is the case, is the touch screen and steering wheel the only way to control the ventilation ??
Not too concerned about losing the cruise control i just want to put an aftermarket wheel.
How do you find them as far as reliability is concerned and how many mods can i do before the head gasket will go as i heard they are very fragile ??
The touch screen is faded to the point where it can be hardly seen during the day and also the air-conditioning is not very cold, are these major problems ??
Any other advice or tips for me as i really do want to buy the car.
