when replying to a thread how the hell do u put in a quote from some1 i cant work the fuckin thing out..
eg

Just quote this post and look at the "code" above to get an idea.
Or just look below for a simple version: (quote this post to see the quote "tags").
Notice how the quote tags, (tags are the [ open brace and ] close brace), are two parts.
The first is the assignment of a quote. The second one with the / designates an end of a quote sequence.
Now obviously the text that is in the middle of both is what appears in the general forum text while the tags are hidden. And as you'll also notice, the forum will automatically parse the quoted text into it's own little special box so it's obvious it's a quote to the general reader.
