	| Grab a ruler and measure up some diffs. I think the RA40 is 1410mm wide, this should be the same as most of the Hilux diffs.
The diff code "G" specifies the crown wheel size. As far as I know, all the G series have the same size axles, but I am not sure. I know that the axle sizes do vary in other size diffs. Some of the G series diffs have a 4 pinion centre and others just a 2 pinion. Obviously the 4 pinion is stronger.

	| I have fitted a late 90's Hilux Surf G series 4.3 LSD into a RN25 axle and it slid and bolted together beautifully. And yes, as far as I know, the LN/RN 30 - 40 series axles are the best width to suit a RA40 Celica. Cheers,
 Mitch.

	| ALL Crowns had 5 stud (although I can't be sure about RS10-30 but they're pre 1960).
Good luck finding an MX23 - the 3 Daves in Melbourne are buying them all.

Best bet remains the MS112 diff. Already has disc brakes.
