hey guys, hoping you can help me to identify what these rims are called:
http://www.bobjane.com.au/Specials/Wheels.asp?init Media=1&media=flash
if you go to that link, you will see the rims, it sais they are called AMG Blitz, but when i try to find them on the net, then it sais that AMG never made a blitz model. So im hoping one of you guys can tell me the name of them or even lead me to a direction to find out.
thanks
gorgan

I dont think "blitz" are the name of the rims. I think thats the name of the package that bob jane is offering "blitz package". to me they dont look like something AMG would make. they look too cheap. im saying they are not genuine AMG. otherwise you would be paying 3 times that price.

I think they would be genuine but they are cheaper because most shops are trying to get rid of discontinued lines to make way for the new 2005 stock.

I'm pretty sure there are two AMGs. The AMG wheels sold by Bob Jane have a completely different logo and are available to suit all cars. Surely the 'real' AMG wheels would only be made to suit Mercedes and compatible cars?
Having said that it's quite possible that they are called Blitz, just that no where but Bob Jane sells them and the reason you've found that AMG never made them is because the AMG you're checking on is the wrong one.

Genuine AMG wheels are about 5 times the cost of simmons wheels.
My boss paid about $5000 a rim for 17x9's and 17x10's.
But, they only weigh a few kg each.
