SHOP AROUND!
I have seen a UZZ32 Soarer for sale here in Canberra at an import dealer...they were asking $28K for it. Yet, you can go to some of the importers direct and pay around $15-16K for one.
Naturally, you would to check either car out thoroughly!!!! But at least you'll know you got the best possible deal.
Remember: Don't rush in and buy the first thing you see, otherwise you may end up regretting it.

im on my 6th import car and i can tell ya that if you can get one direct from the importer or by one and get it complianced you are going to save yourself big dollars
if you get an importer to get you a car you need to really trust his buyer to get you a quality grade 4 or 5 , if you are getting a car ask to see the auction sheet
once it gets here the adr work is done and withing 3 weeks (depending how long the plate takes ) you are on the road
frop me a line pm if you want some names ect to get you started

I agree to read HPI...

we import a few cars direct as we have a buyer in japan which means you will save a bit. we only do a few at the moment as we dont have time to sell many. the last two have been for the company owners. two amazing gtst's. one had 39k on it and was imaculate the other had 55k and is sensational with apexi computer, stainless 3inch exhast, stainless coilovers and lots of other goodies. we tell the buyer what you want and he goes looking, and as we told him they have to be the best and he wants our business he gets the best. im bring over a chaser very soon, one of many that im going to bring over. we organise compliance and delivery.

I have no complaints about Autostyle
www.autostyle.com.au
Domenic (the owner) is an enthusiast himself, i never felt like i was dealing with a a "used car salesman", he has good cars and he backs up his promises.
Domenic was not obliged to give me any warranty on my Supra however he did cos I asked, and I have gotten more than my money's worth out of it. Domenic always helped, no questions asked, I am confident he will still helpin any way he could, 9 months later.
He is a genuine bloke.
