Is it possible to fabricate your own double wishbone suspension and fit I into a RA28. At the moment Im in the process of planing of doing up a celica. I want to make it as close to a race car and still street leagle and i will take it to track days.

Yes it can be done, but it is very unlikely the benefits will justify the cost.
