Our summer is late Jan early Feb. And the circuits are also quite busy this time of year. Weve got the NZ V8's and normal Porsches, Porsche GT3's and support class's, then the Formula Fords. Quite a bit of racing to fit into a small summer.
Yeah Toyota NZ has brought all the cars and organised all the races, even brought trucks and support garage's to go with them. Its up to the teams where they lease them off ToyotaNZ or buy them outright.
The winning driver gets a brand new Celica Sports.

There is a number of great Cars in the Toyota lineup that would sell great guns in Australia, the Caldina keeps springing to mind. In the past 4WD family sedans didn't sell too much, but now look at Subaru's Forester, WRX etc....the Caldina would fit right in. But it's never seen our shores. I guess the Toyota boffins in Australia are still making plenty of sales and dont want to mess with their "winnning" formula.
Anyway more on topic looks like a cool series, I'm going to NZ more and more these days so maybe I'll pop out to the track sometime and catch these babies in action.
