I'd recommend starting at factory and just upping it 1lb at a time until you get the results you want, I just wouldn't try and go above 52-55psi. Because the higher the fuel pressure, the less actual fuel the fuel pump can provide.
I don't know if you're factory FPR is boost sensitive, for some reason some of the toyota's are, and you basically can get a free 1:1 FMU. Search google/yahoo for "Free FMU" to get how to hook it up - you'll need a fuel gauge to see if it works though. It's very commonly done on the TRD Supercharged Tacoma's (Hilux) here in the states
If you have an upgraded fuel pump I wouldn't be worried. If you don't you'll want to keep an eye on EGT's and the A/F ratio.
12.0 at idle? thats really rich for idle... and 14.3 is way too lean for full throttle/redline (max power is usually found in the range of 11.5-13.5:1 - and also depends on what you're internals can handle, if egt's climb could toast your pistons)
