I have a HKS fuel rail for a 3sgte however this will only suit the gen 3 / 205 motor i had to learn this the hard way hence the reson for selling, so in saything that it has never ever been used just been screwed together, i still have the box it was delivered in. I brought this for just under $600.
I thought 3sgte were side feed or does this mean gen3 are top feed and gen2 are side feed?I'll put it a different way.Does this HKS rail accept injectors that will fit a standard gen 3 rail or does the HKS rail need after market injectors ?

Nope.
Both the Gen3 and Gen2 are side feed and the injectors are interchangable apart from the fact that the Gen 3 ones flow an extra 100cc. This rail is to convert to top feed injectors in an effort to get cheaper and more available injectors. Basically if you need bugger injectors for a Gen 3 you can get 850's as side feeds but for top feed you can get pretty much anything.
