Thinkin bout upping my boost but would prefer a pnumatic bleed valve instead of the electronic. Purely money factor.

I know it would be great to have 2 setting one for round town and one for boost on tap but the cost is too high for an ebc.

What are your thoughts on pros and cons of these options?

Pros of EBC:
Often has boost monitoring/gauge
Easier to tune pressures
Less boost "creep"
Able to tune RPM vs Boost to reduce wheelspin (some types like Apexi AVC-R)
Gizmo factor / another toy to distract you from the road

Cons:
Wiring them in
Cost

Probably it would be OK as long as you have some way of monitoring your boost levels (ie: boost gauge).
You wouldn't want for your valve to come open and leave you with unrestricted wastegates (only fun for a short time)
