To tell you the truth, most of their rules other than the obviously draconian ones in this thread are pretty reasonable.
I have to say they come across as pretty damn insecure though with not allowing people to talk about any other web sites and things.
Oh and you forgot the last one wich by memory I think was "If you don't like hte rules piss off."

The reason for the new rules is because of a legal issue that arose a little while back between a forum member and an advertiser.
SC kept getting complaints because of individual users, and also because of linking to other forums causing trouble...
The rules are not all that old (4 months I think?)
It actually isn't a bad place at all if you like commodores...
