Hello
A friend of mine is looking to buy an AE85 sprinter of another friend its a 3dr, 1.6l carb engine, rear wheel drive.
The car was imported to australia so it IS an AE85. (i have noticed alot of tension on this topic AE85 or 86)
How much would this car be worth it is unregistered but in drivable ok condition, with a slight dent in front fender and in need of general tidy up.
All help and advice greatly appreciated.

which front end does it have
hatch or notchback?
ae85 didnt have a 1.6 unless it was swapped in when the previous engine died
is it complied? ie. has it been rego'ed before

Its the hatchback i think and i was told it had the 1.6l carb engine as imported.

Sorry dont have VIN number.
Going to look at the car tonight. Was just after a rough idea of price.

apparently its the
AE85 sprinter/levin SR with 3a-u 1597cc engine and 5m tranny.
