thanks. Got it custom made by paint mixer. Started off as rubin red, with blue pearl. Yeah more work taking place. Replaced all bushes with poly urethane ones. Replacing as much parts as i can still get to brand new. Goodline Bodykit (Front bar, sideskirts, rear bar, J-blood kouki brackets) Kouki Trueno Redline Tail-lights. M3 style mirrors. Change all seals and gaskets. Lighten flywheel, new clutch(havent decided yet on what kind) etc Maybe a bit more on the way

So uhh... yea... that is one of the nicest AE86's I've seen... and that is how I want to do my car (86 or Cressie... maybe I'll put up a poll...) tear it down completely, and rebuild the sucker to like new condition. Excellent job my friend. Too bad I can't go on one of these crusies you guys talk about.

Okay.... my dad is driving me crazy now! every single part of the car is prepped up and painted or bloody polished!! including inside of the glove box, fuel pump, nuts and screws, the bar that sits behind the dash, hand brake, gear box etc etc!! and so on haha. anyways cant complain bout that though! Lots of progress has been made thru the week, starting from TRD springs and microtech loom coming in on tues (still awaiting apexi Rev Speed Meter). Wacked the springs in her and she sits a little too high in the ass! I have to go to kmac and get them compressed properly (I dont think i could bring my self to chop TRD springs). Also screech cant keep his hands off my car as well, as he has polished the top alloy 20v cover unwired the alarm/central locking of the old car, tidied alot of it up and rewired alarm/central locking, and helped out getting all the wiring back together. Also found a uncracked dash for 180 bux, grabbed that and sum ae82 numberplate lights. Now the car is ready for the engine to get put in so the all wiring can be finished off. Dad started pulling the motor apart and we started to clean things up. Gearbox and tailshaft in. Side glass fitted. Painted the dash and interior black. fitted and wired ae82 lights up. Changed steering column over. And thats it for now. Stay tuned for the engine swap. Laterz!

They came with the car to start off with, but in the accident one of the rims got "effed", had to get a mate to order them from Japan, ended costing $550 a rim delivered.

i take it steve is doing all the wiring?
looks like it should be back on the road soon, cant wait to see it driving around, but if i was you i would be too scared to take it out after time, effort, money, blood, sweat, and tears that have been put into it
10/10 for effort, build quality
