Can someone who has done this conversion please tell me what's invovled in putting an MA70 LSD into an MX73 Cressida.
Is it a simple bolt in (centre) or will I have new ratios to deal with and all that garbage?

the MA61 LSD is a straight bolt in affair, i dont know about the MA70, as MA61/MX73 is F series diff and MA70 is G series diff.

What engine are you running or what do you plan to run? If you have, or are fitting, something like a 1JZGTE then don't waste your time as you'll need to upgrade to something much stronger.

Thanks for the advice
As for the engine, just the stock 5m-ge atm . Figured if I had to replace the diff I may as well upgrade to LSD.
I might put in a 7mgte but prob just save up for the mz20 im after.
Any knowledge on the availability of the ma61 LSD? I didn't think that model had it as standard.

All MA61's come with LSD as standard. They're not easy to find at wrecking yards though, so you might be better off looking for a 4WD LiteAce which was also equipped with an F-series LSD.
