Selling a car that is under lease agreement.

I'm concidering getting rid of the Ute and upgradeing to somthing better. However the car is under a Novated lease agreement.
I'm wondering what the options are as far as selling it as at the moment just selling it in the trading post is not viable as I wouldn't be able to cover the amount owning on the lease.
Can anyone offer up any solutions, my guess would be trying to find someone willing to take over the lease which would be difficult I guess.

I have seen a take over lease sale on EBAY before. it was on a Monaro. and you can always put so many words on EBAY for a fraction of the price of the trado. and pictures always tell a thousand words. you can also nominate a reserve.
