hey guyz,
finally got my car running right but now it is still under powered in my opinion.

i have a late model GZE ae101 map type.
ems stinger ecu.
nevo 164mm pulley and stock cooler.
2.1/4 piping with 2.5inch hi-flow cat.

had it dynoed tuned yesterday by JEM down here in sydney. all he could whipp out safely was 89.8 kws at the wheels at 10psi.
i would think that the late model map types would produce atleast 90 kws at the wheels standard ?
i would think with my mods i would get atleast 100kws at the wheels ?

another thing my tuner said was that my engine falls flat at 6000rpm where as he said from experience these late model chargers should easily rev out to 7000rpm and produce figures like 95kws at the wheels.

Can anyone suggest reasons why, with a bigger crank pulley and aftermarket ecu im only getting 89 kws at the wheels at 10psi?
is it mechanical or electrical ?
