I have found no info on doing this anywhere but i was wondering if it is possible to convert a non targa MA70 to a targa.
Also after any hints on removing the dash as am fixing vents and vacumn hoses.

because the roof is a major strutural support for the car you will need to stregthen the chassis, and you can get a roof cut it looks nicer and original and you will need to run drainage for water....big hassle.
im with the count. go buy one thats already targa.

Why do you want targa anyway? It makes the car heavier and it flexes more, the worst of both worlds!

actually I suggested that a roof cut can be done further up the thread. but you will need to stregthen the chassis. the supra targa top is a complete cutoff from side to side hence leaving the car chassis weaker than usual.
