how would i go about moving the cross member 7mm to the right?

the car has been hit in the right by the previous owner, would it be the body that is bent or the cross memeber? lower arms? Crying or Very Sad

There is a good chance its probably the cross member has been moved across, in which case it will need do go to a panel beater that has a car alignment jig, and they will be able to pull it back into shape, but keep in mind it will never be as strong unless you reinforce the the rails.

Ive been there ..

Ben.
