What sorta TLC? Like, what'd be needed to say, get it into competition? Closest set of standards I can think of to the Victoria roadworthy I might have a rather well paying job soon so if you can get him to hang onto it for two weeks, which will be enough to let me know if I get the job or not, that'd be awesomegrouse. I wouldn't care if I had to drive it back from Perth, it'd be worth every kilometre.
If your mate refuses, that's perfectly, perfectly understandable, no-one wants an asset hanging around too long. ... I might be able to get it paid for another way. But we'll see.
Cheers, Neal
EDIT; Serious about the job by the way. Bloke said "I'll get my right hand to contact you as soon as possible" and that I definately had a job (Not the best job, but I'm not arguing with $700ish a week); My dad's offering to lend me bling if I get it, too... I'll need about $1600-$1700 to get it over here and paid for I think, but the 2TGEU should be plenty on P's, and the IRS and discs at the back will make it better for club stuff

The dosh is ready, hold the car. We can at least buy it for now!
Cheers, Neal
EDIT EDIT; Bling is doable again thanks to extremely generous parents but give it a couple days! Hopefully the ST is all still in one piece...
EDIT; Correction; After my friend, whom I was going to borrow the dosh off, drove his parents' EA through the garage door, the bling isn't available immediately.
IF your mate wants to hang onto it for a week or so and let me chase up the job offerers, that'd be great.
If not, it's perfectly understandable as said before.
C'est la vie. Also, c'est la Chris.
Such is Chris; Such, is Chris.
