Lexus ES300 (1992) - Stalling when running AC

Hey guys,
I'm new to these forums (signed up in 2003, but didnt get around to using them much) and will be using them alot soon
Just have a quick question, I apologise if this is a litte off topic, but I've searched all over the place to get an answer and couldtn find anything.
I've got a ES300 (1992 model totally stock) and I've noticed recently when running my AC when I come to stop the idle is very rough (sits around 700, but will jump to 1200 and then to below 500 and stall) and sometimes the car will stall. This only happens when my AC is on (any setting it doesnt matter). My questions are, Is it a sensor causing the rough idle and car to stall ? If it is this sensor, how easy is it to replace ?
thanks for your time...

Could be an intake leak (in the intake piping), or could be the ISCV is gummed up.
