Right e o. Got my car back last week and finally took some photos of my car.

The colour is a TOYOTA colour. Metallic Red with 10% prismatic flake in the colour.

Cost me $2700 to get it painted and $165 for a new windscreen.

Had all the rust cut out and it's now smick.

Let me know what you think.

Okay, just having another look at your pics because they are still on my desktop. I notice the shine coming from along the top the door and under the rear quarter glass, did you remove the black moulding away from the metal and polish it or something?

All the rust and the paint for 2,700. That is sensational isn't it! Where did you get it done, if you feel comfortable saying.

Thanks, it looks very sweet.

nah. ask as many questions as you like.

The chrome look under the quarter panel glass and on the windscreen will be getting replaced as soon as i can afford it. they were going to paint it black but because of the condition they didn't bother.

the place i had it done was at Bill Blocker Paint and Panel. Located behind Northside Plaza , Rockhampton.

the car is actually a red colour. it looks brownie in the bonnet pic, but i assure u it is a bright red.

i'll get a better camera or something and take some more pics for you guys to see the real effects.

by the way. if anyone tries to rip u off.. it only cost an extra $250 for the prismatic flakes.

Did you actually hand around for them dismantling any of it? Was there a lot of stuff? I'm deciding just HOW much stuff I'm going to take off when I do the body of my car this holidays...the more I take off, the more I risk breaking and the more I have to replace! Razz
