	djcougar, from what is said in the first post, i assume, u will need at very minimum; 
Hard Drive 
CD drive  
to have a computer that runs, (no one wants a floppy drive these days) 
but then ud need ur old monitor, keyboard/mouse. 
 
poh_86, i think the white things ur refering to are PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) slots. <- how could u forget these, they were a mechanical marval back in the day when intel developed them

	i think he ment 2000+ so a 266FSB CPU. 
 
And if the MX440 is integrated into the motherbaord it's most likely an MX420. But i could be wrong on both accounts.
