how the hell do u make an avatar 140 x 100 pixels? it just makes the pictyure way to small on my computer i dont no how to make the picture i have the correct size for an avatar

phtotshop or paint. just use the cursor when in paint along with stretch/skew to change the dimensions, simple really

Dont use paint, it distorts the image as it shrinks it.
Get ACDSee.
Open up edit, and hit resize.
Then change the width/height to 140x100, or nearest.
