Sounds good - definetly count me in.
Change the title to reflect xA6x Celicas too, and we might get more response.

Here is a list of everyone on here (bar a couple) who have MA61's, and the like.
When I did my brakes, I PM'd everyone here, and got their interest.
You should do the same.
Obviously some ppl here have auto, but meh.

I got mine done months ago so i dont need one, and here is where you should go:
Hebbelwhite Motor Trimmers
12 macartney st
Ermington
ph 96137633
Blokes name is tony, works out of his back shed from home and ive had 2 boots made up from him at not too much of a cost with great workmanship.
Highly recommended, now get off your ass and go for a 15min drive greg.

Share There was a group buy on celicasupra.com for leather seat skins, it was very expensive.
I'm serious about the foam thing - replacement bolster foam, for instance, would be very useful for a lot of toymodders!
We all know how shagged the outside driver's side gets - I took apart my passenger side to swap all the good bits onto the driver's side.

I was thinking of getting the Leather for my MA61 from CS Forum, but in the end it would have been cheaper getting the windows tinted, replace all the bearings in the diff, fix the power steering and buy a new genuine electric antenna from Toyota
I only which it was cheaper to get leather
(Oh all my cars are Auto )
Cheers.

$55-60 for vinyl???!!! In a group buy????!! I think that's a bit steep, and will probably rule out a lot of the interest.
There was someone on toymods who could do them for ~$25 IIRC a while back, there just wasn't much interest at the time.

Hmmm if I can get one in brown or black - and made from leather or suede then i'll be interested... brown is hugely preferred since I have a very brown interior... oh crap that sounds bad!! MY CAR HAS A VERY BROWN INTERIOR!
Maybe I should find black interior parts Or dye them all black.

Dyeing them black should work well, providing they are very clean and you follow the instructions to the letter (including taking your time! )

dyeing them black works a treat - I had to dye some of my parts, and they now look flawless.
Apologies for the delay guys - my house is currently being turned inside out for new carpets and painting, so don't hold your breath over this!

Interior Re-colour: Easy & looks a treat. I've replaced lots of my old black bits with brown-dyed black bits.
Gear boot: I'd need to have another look at the factory style boots. I've got a $20 generic leather boot that's a pretty good fit atm. Would have to see how stocker is better.

OK!!! update kiddies.
Spoke to the trimmer today, and his supplier is currently on holidays. He quoted me $30 straight up for a vinyl gearstick boot. He says leather/suede will be a little more expensive, depending on what his supplier charges (because it's small pieces, he may be able to use off-cuts).
His supplier gets back on friday, so I should be able to get prices on other materials then.
Who's still in? I told him 10.

yep
due to a large amount of disorganisation from a lot of people involved (yourself and bachy excluded, myself included) I'm just going to go and get it done for the 3 (as that's all I have wires for)
if anyone wants theirs done without the wire put in, PM me and I'll get it made up for you at the same time, without the wire stitched in. will be seeing the guy this week to confirm.
I've been heller busy, and very disorganised - basically was hoping to get more wires in the mail than I did.
apologies to mike and stefan, will pm you guys as soon as I hear back from the guy (I know this has been dragging on for ages now)
