Brand New Oil Filter Re-Location kit for 1JZGTE. and 3SGTE/GE

Still in the packaging, never used, selling for what it cost me.

Comes complete with all hoses, clamps, attachments, and includes a brand new filter.
Oil filter Relocating kit is to make the oil filter more accessible and easier to get to, so you dont have to get all dirty when you change it, and twist your arm in and around things every time.

$140.

http://forums.toymods.org.au/index.php?t=getfile&id=9144

you can move the filter anywhere you want, as shown below.

What sort of filter does the 1JZ use origianaly.
Would this fit a motor where a Z9 filter is used?

Yes, this also suits a Z9 filter. You have the option of using standard filter, or Z9, and a few others. I have a list here somewhere of what else it fits.

3SGE/3SGTE was another engine it fits as well.

OK, I can get as many kits as we need for $150 each. He cant do them for $140 cause that was cost price and his boss will kill him if he does more at that price.

If any one wants a kit, just let me know and I will get one for you, plus $5 postage.

AND USE SCREW ON FITTINGS NOT HOSE CLAMPS.

i have seen one of these using hose clamps provided, you can tighten them after every drive and at some stage they will come off.

i know of a guy who just spent big dollars putting a rb26 in a r32 skyline. the engine was a fresh rebuit with after market options, he had a oil line come off his remote filter and good bye brand new rb26 and turbos, hello expensive rebuid and new turbos.

hose clamps on oil relocation kits can and will eventualy come loose and as it has happened to a guy i Know in Sydney on a GTR skyline. it seized the turbos and created a bad knock in the engine BECAUSE a clamp let go.

REMEMBER guys when a hose gets hot it goes soft and the hose clamp will stay at the same tension that you put it on at.
AT COLD so when you heat the hose it is soft, and then can slide off under the clamp.
screw in fittings would be the only way to do the job safely ..
ALSO don't forget that the hoses are under constant pressure so the oil will come out that quick you will only notice it when you engine starts knocking and then its all over ..

I better remind you also that Kristian does not own Japanese Import parts any more I do.

If he has to persist with selling items (which is a breach of contract) Make sure you get them sent C.O.D.
Because i don't want to have any emails sent to me about none supply of parts or refunds because of kristians deals.

Cheers
Lew

not to be pickey here, but if he wants to sell items he had planned to put on his own car, how is that breach of contract, and if he isnt making any money on getting other people these relocation kits i fail to see how that is breach of contract also.

i would suggest such claims should not be aired publicly and should be sent to kristian via PM or email.

i would suggest such an accustation could put a person ion shit legally.

just a suggestion lew.

You're right in both instances Lew, you can't be too careful. I think mine have held up pretty well though, It's high quality hose however, and the fittings are actually barbed as well. The same quality oil lines I see on aircraft.

" J "

if it was for his own car which i think it was.
i ask you this...
How many can you fit to one car ?

it was a contract between Kristian and my self so far enough it should not have been aired in Public so i am sorry for that ..
i just want to make sure that people remember what has happened in the past and also get the parts COD .
I am sorry to say that Kristian has not been that reliable in the past and i hope for every bodys sake that he has changed his ways.
"J" if you knew half of the stuff that is going on Mate it would make your hair turn Gray with seconds .

I have never seen push on fittings on aircraft, that said though, if you get proper hydraulic fittings (push on ones are fine) and the proper hose to suit, there is not an issue - hot or cold.

I am selling the Oil filter relocation kit that i bought for myh own car. I have been asked to get some sent to others who want one as well. I am not doing this as a business, I am not making money, I am just a normal Toymods member now.

And since Lew decided to bring up Our contract of sale for the business, The contract stated that:

Kristian Hancock will not start another business in the industry (IMPORTING) for 5 years.

1. I am not importing them, I am getting them from my mates work, which is 5 minutes from my house.

2. I am not a business, and I am not making money off this oil filter re-location kit.

Therefore I am not in breach of my Contract of sale of Japanese Import Parts.

Kristian

Selling a business which operates partly through this site means selling the goodwill that your business name represented on this site.Keeping the same name associated with that business and then selling under that associated name shortly after selling the business is not going to promote good will with the buyer. If you want to help the members and yourself supply these goods through the buyer of your business. Why upset business associates for nil profit?
My 20 cents.

I sold ONE, which was for my car. Someone else asked for one, and I said I would get it from the same shop I got mine. I am just a club member now, I'm not selling things apart from what are off my own car. I offered to pick up an extra one or two from the shop near my house, as a favour, for the guys that want them.

How was I to know that suppling 2 extra kits for nil profit would make people get pissed off ? You would think that would make people happy. Either way, I am not here to cause problems, so the kits will be sold through Lew at Japanese Import Parts in future, if Lew wants to market them, I am happy to help him. Smile
