I have come to notice that the w58 has the slave cylinder mounting on the opposite side from the w50. This means that the solid clutch line doesn't fit anymore. What have people used as a replacement?
I was thinking braided line, have others thought this way?

i used the hydr lines that came with my front cut and bent it to suit, finding some from another car is an easy option, u can bend this a few times before it crimps or breaks.
if not u can buy the stuff from a place like pirtek or enzed, bend it to suit and then they'll crimp the fittings on for you, if you do it right it'll look nice and factory.

so long as that's your only concern, cos they ain't illegal for clutch and fuel line, it's only for brake lines.

I have seen legal braided lines for Brakes (can't remember if it was Zoom or Street Machine) but as far as I know you can buy aus approved ones now - but they weren't cheap. It's much cheaper to just bend up some wire in the correct shape and get a hard line made at the brake place.
