Nope it wont bolt up. Nor would the J160 be able to handle the power of a 2JZGTE.
He should definetly be looking for a V160/161.

considering the same 6 six speed runs behind 200sx and is2000 and a few other racy cars, it will definately handle a standard 2JGTE. i know personally of one of these boxes that runs reliably with over 200rwkw. in any case, aside from being a bitch i have no point.
frank is right it wont bolt up, but it is compatible with my garage, so in exchange for a few hundred dollars i can put it to good use.

The 2JZ-GTE has considerably more torque than a SR20DET or 3S-GE, and it's torque that kills gearboxes, not power. Considering the stories I've heard about 6-speeds crapping themselves in S15's, I wouldn't feel very confident with one of these boxes behind a torque-monster 2JZ.
It's a moot point though, as mentioned it won't fit anyway!

Yeah, I opted for a w58 in my conversion, and kept the 6 speed aside
