 Tsunami Releif Cruise

A Tsumani Relief Cruise has been organised for this comming weekend (Details Below). There is expected to be a huge turnout as most car enthusiast Clubs and Forums will be supporting this event. The cruise from Penrith to Homebush will be under Police Escort.
We would like to encourage all Toymods members to support this fun day to help those whose lives were affected during this unprecedented natural disaster.

Panthers World Of Entertainment,
Mulgoa Road, Penrith
Meet: 12 Noon for 12:45 PM Departure
Breifing on the Day of how event is to proceed.
Mid meeting points, stop offs and events: TBA
Destination:
OLYMPIC PARK, CARPARK P5, HOLKER STREET
On the day:
Cost: $10 donation to Tsunami Appeal (All donations go to the Australian Red Cross)
We will be having a show and shine type of event. So make sure you give your cars and/or bikes a good wash!

firstly:}what car clubs are goin and who organised it
secondly:)how did they manage to get the police to escort a bunch of very defectable cars from penrith to homebush?

Good to see something like this being organised properly. It's a damn shame I can't make it this Sunday, but I certainly hope loads of Toymodders are able to make the time to take part and support the cause.

depending on where they stop, where they meet more people, which roads they take etc etc...alot of variables 45 mins at the least if they take a direct route and no stops, prolly 1 and a half hours...just a ballpark figure tho

Just had a look, the cruise isn't being organised by SydCruise... another person named Kiren has been organising it (just giving credit where its due  )
I should be down there at the meet to see whats happening.

ETA to Homebush - 1.30 PM. Just in case you guys are wondering, i drive a blue Mazda Astina, which will probably have a smashed window because somebody stole my laptop... Although it should be hopefully fixed by then. Either that or a yellow Celica '03.
I hope to see many people there. And DONT FORGET ABOUT THE SHOW AND SHINE. They will be taking photos of all the cars and could possibly post them in mags so CLEAN YOUR CARS!!!
