Good luck with the 12's.

manifold n zorst will be bout $1200

no worries, i will be looking closly at how efficient the barrel works over a normal air to air setup, but i am told that there is no comparison between them, especially when i get an ice box made up for the track
went n checked on my car yesterday at the workshop, my manifold is finnished and turned out great, they were just waiting onthe dump pipe flange to get started on the dump n zorst. hopfully will be finnished today. here's a few pics i took.

comming along nicely

Is the engine running yet mate? Have you got any dyno figures at all? What's the compression ratio?
How much did it cost to make the Radiator?
Looks great! Keep up the good work!

no, car not running yet. should be this weekend tho. have had real truble getting the plug for my tps. found one today so as long as everything is cool it should be started for the first time on saturday. then all the wiring will be covered and hidden, get it to my place then im gonna basically pull the cooler etc.. off again to spray the tops of the bay n stuff to neaten it up n get rid of the chips n scratches. then its on to the dyno for a tune.
will keep you all informed.

Yeah guys, havnt been on here for a while. car is goin now and on the road. Had a few minor isues with getting the barrel cooler to bleed properly, but its all good now
we had it on the dyno a few weeks back, on safe tune it made 202hp at the wheels on 16psi. The barrel cooler was not workin then, still it had only 47 deg inlet temp at top end. now it gets soo cold you can get condensation on it somtimes
here are a few pics, please dont laugh at the white bonnet, will be sprayed soon, as for the front bar, im still figuring out what to do.
Cheers lads n see you round..........

oh yeah, stay tuned for another power update, and a time slip.
with the cooler working now i will be gettin a icebox made and a new clutch for it. then its back on the dyno for a 20psi run and hopfully get the 200fwkw im after
then all i need is a 12sec pass and i will be as happy as a pig in mud
