Extractors on 4age

Hey guys,
in the process of organising an exhaust system for my ae92 levin which has a jdm 4age.
ive decided to go cat back 2" mandrel with a cannon. But i was wondering whether it was worth investing in a set of extractors aswell, and then getting the piping done from the extractors or headers back.
My engine is completly stock at the moment, and i plan to follow the path of intake, cams etc down the track.
- Is it worth getting extractors?
Ive seen that bill sherwoods sprinter is still running the stock exhaust manifold, and that he stock manifold is fine for power up to 170hp.
If i did get a set of extractors, which would best suit my ae92 fwd levin?
Ive heard 20v extractors are the best of an ae101/111 but not sure about their application with my engine.
What sort of difference would a set of extractors make in comparison to my exhaust manifold when getting a new exhaust system? would i expect to gain any more HP if i did add a set of extractors and make the piping flow on, rather than just a cat back system?
Thanks guys, any help is greatly appreciated. Please share your experiences with extractors etc, or atleast point me in the right direction.
Cheers

genie extractors is the only commercially available FWD 4age ones in melbourne and probably australia wide as well. not much of a choice the way i look at it.
i'd say leave the extractors on. get a high flow cat, and rest of the stuff. spend the $380(genie ext) on something else. like cams for instance car would sound fierce ass with cams
