hey there pplz
just need hlep with my 20v i have done every thing to make the motor star but it wont stat it cranks in sparks fuel and allmost every thing right but i stell dont have any idea whats worng with it  (i herd form some one thats got to do with the 5th valve or something)

If you have spark, and fuel, I'd be looking at timing.
Crank the motor over with a timing light on it, see where timing is at.

camshaft and ignition timing.
take off timing belt cover and set engine to TDC compression stroke on cylinder one. Check that all the marks line up on the gears and the backing plates, and that the cam lobes look correct.
This has little to nothing to do with the 5th valve.
once you have cam timing correct, check ignition timing.

did u change timning belt
so many times people do it wrong
remember dowels have to be opposite
