think this is the caldina/celica fwd one you are taliking about?

not cheap at all. - but then again, some people want this type of engine, therfore you pay the $$$$ (we sold one earlier this year for $2k)

Here in NZ there was one from a Alzetta for sale with loom/ECU & 6spd for $8500, I nearly fell over onto the S2000 engine, it came with the 6spd no loom or ECU and it was $10000, Dayum!! Only done 3000km's though!!
Just some useless info.

over here going rate for altessa rs200 motor/box is $6-6.5k. frontcut $8-12k.

s2000 front is around the same $$$. jap wrecks sell for around $300-400,00yen - so after cutting it, paying duty & shipping, $10k is about right.

the 3sge beams motor we had, we originally bought to use in the race-car, then changed our mind (hence the celica 2zz-gr frontcut!) so we just offloaded it. do not expect to get another one at that price i'm afraid!!!

ps - it was a black top caldina motor

Hi,

We've just purchased a RED TOP 3SGE BEAMS motor for our MR2.

We got everything as we bought a half cut.

Would anyone have an idea where we can get a schematic wiring diagram for the ECU pinout?

I know that one of our lovelly sponsors(CVAP) was selling a MR2 half cut(engine, loom, ecu, diff, gearbox etc..) for $3800, which is an absolute steal. I was a few $$$ short unfortunately
