My best mates brother owns 2 houses, 1 in Redcliffe and 1 in Chermside... He is looking for tenants in the near future. When are you moving back up? You will probably need to find someone else to live with though, unless you can afford the rent for an entire house!

I won't be back in brisbane for quite a while,butwill be coming back eventually.I give myself about 2-4 years before I come back up there.How much does this person want per week for either of his houses?Also,which real estate agent does he usually go through?

Exactly how are you getting all your stuff up to Brissy ?

When I move to Brissy,I'll be renting a trailer & it's fairly chaep too.

I am definitely coming back to Brisbane tomorrow(Saturday the 4th of December).
If anyone here knows of a good boarding house or of decent flat/unit at a cheap price,then please let me know.
Also,it would be great to catch up with Qld Toymodders after I get back to Brissy.
