umm i dont think you can get a S13 for $4000, but you could get a S12 for around $2000 or so try www.club-s12.org

there was a s13 turbo manual in the quokka last week for $5000, guess that qualifies...
your better off getting an older celica supra for a drift base... they rock!

U could possibly pick up a Thrashed S13 N/A for that price probably in the trading post.
