Since it is illegal to have a POD Filter, if you have one and want to get a RWC, will you still get it?

Depends who does it. My GF bought a Starlet GT recently with a pod fitted and it passed.

In SA pod filters are legal, they just ahev to be correctly mounted with decent brackets.
