im considering upgrading to either of these options
HKS GT RS
Garrett GT 28
or a used BBT28...
problem is i dunno which would work best on my motor....
spool up and all the rest of it...
my motor is a 4AGTE with a big port head on it...
last dyno read out was 145kw atw on 14psi....
so does any one how either of these options would respond with my current set up???

ive seen some gt 28's work well but a GT RS would be awesome. They are supposed to be really good on sr20's so im guessing they would be a bit laggy on a 4agte but meh once your on boost you forget all that.
Ive Heard that the GT RS is awesome and that it is supposed to come on boost a bit sooner than a t28 would on an sr 20.. but i was after confirmation if that is true or not...
if it is laggier by how much?

Yeah go the HKS GT RS. Better performance and does come onto boost a bit earlier. After all is made by HKS. If you are interested my mate who owns REDLINE performance can hook you up with this turbo cheaper then retail
