Freak ok, since i am not using my s/c, i am putting it on my mates VW buggy Twisted Evil , i only want to run 5 psi...
is there a formula or something that i can use to figure out what size crank pulley diameter is needed to only run it at 5 psi???
any help would be appreciated as he has someone ready to mill a crank pulley for him out of aluminium, which will have the standard VW crank and the one for the s/c in one piece...

thanks.........

Roughly 145mm - 150mm diameter crank pulley will probably do.
I guess VW motor will be running around 5500rpm??

Explains a bit.

A mate builds various hot VW donks, latest one is 2.2 water cooled with an Eaton bolted straight on at 12 psi so far. Goes pretty well!! Very Happy
