Converting AE86 rear quarter window to pop out

Hey guys,
one of my mates had a sick idea the other day, ripping off the rear quarter windows on the Sprinter and making it be able to pop out at the back, does anyone have any suggestions as to how we would go about doing this? I don't want it to pop out heaps, just a few cms, but I want it to be sealed up properly when it is closed, so no water leaks in, and there is no noise at high speeds.
Is it possible to get custom seals for pop out windows?, I think we will be right for the clips, we are planning to take them off and cars we can find with that style windows, unless someone has a better plan.

sick means bad right?
i dont see why this is a good idea, as the sprinter was designed not to use such windows.
it wont be easy, and it probably wotn be cheap, but for starters look a ta first gen hinda civic.
