Where can I buy these little fastener/screw things?

I have seen similar at Repco stores (or large hardware stores), you get 5 or so in a blister pack, hanging off a little tree stand (but they are usually hard white plastic - the one in your pic seems softer plastic).
Or, if this is a Toyota part, try getting them from a Toyota Dealer's Spare Parts - I can still get other fasteners for my AE86 from them.
