would the board be interested in entering as a club pending on interest? what does everyone else think?
Im making my way down there for my first time, not sure if my car will be ready in time tho, all depends on time and funds.
anyway whos interested, & wat are the boards thoughts? Grin

I will definately be there, I have entered the past 2 years.
Its good fun, I enter in the driving events,I have taken out drivers champion the past 2 years. Took home some good money and a massive trophy both times. There is alot of drunk yobos that think the only cars to have are fords and holdens. But there is also alot of big toyota fans so its a great weekend.
It would be awsome to get a heap of toymods guys there for summernats 16.
Dont forget your mullets so that you blend in.
See you all there

Well, I got the same excuse as Rodney - would love to be there (never been before), but I don't think my beast (ahem, project Smile ) will be finished in time. It's still too early to tell yet, and I don't think my finances will be improving any time soon either, so I'll probably be in it for '04 instead - what's that... Summernat's 17? Rolling Eyes

Still heaps (and I mean HEAPS) of shit to do yet.... Razz

Anyway, I updated the page with all the car's details and stuff - is there any way to get in contact with Simon? I'm still waiting for him to answer a question from last month...

Would love to be able to finish Yogi... one problem --

$$ Smiley $$ Smiley $$ $$ Smiley $$ Smiley $$ $$

Seriously lacking in funds, although all donations are gratefully accepted. Very Happy

Half-finished projects?? Ummm, does mine count then?, 'cos mine's about ¼-finished... Razz I think by the time the Summernat's are on I'll have about 2/3 of the work done, and she'll be finishing up at AVO Turbo by then, if all goes to 'sketch'.

Gotta get my lotto tickets in.... Smiley $$

I would like to disagree. I'm going for sure! Not sure where i'd like to stay yet. I'm not really into all the stuff i've heard about that goes on. I'd like however to go to at least one day of the show and cruise the other days. Looking into accommodation now, but if you guys are staying somewhere, let me know and i'll hook up too.

I won't be entering, for obvious reasons.

You might be let down by people and i know where yogi is coming from, but at the same time, give it a shot. If 20 say they are coming and only 5 do, at least 5 people have fun because of your efforts.
