What are people reccommendations for injector cleaner that can be added to your fuel tank?
I dont have a problem with my injectors and this is how I would like things to stay for as long as possible!
So let me know what brands and how often you use it!
Thanks.

I use a thing called Fuelset, its green in a small bottle. My mechanic used to use it when he serviced my car, and he tends to be pretty thorough at researching stuff before he ever uses it.
I do it everytime I change my oil if I remember.

In my opinion the cleaner wont do shit to clean a gumed up injector! However it will help prevent the injector from gumming up!
I have been using nulon(cant remember the spelling) in the past but just want to know what other people have been using! I know there are other brands that are more concentrated so you dont have to use it as much but it doesn't hurt if you over do it anyway!

my mate and his dad are both mechanics and they both say that that stuff does sweet F.A to clean the injecters, the best thing you can does is drop them out of the fuel rail and take them to someone and get them proffesionally cleaned.

Baaah! He doesn't want something to clean the injectors, he wants some sort of preventative stuff to make sure they dont get clogged up in the first place!!!!

Don't a lot of the premium brands of petrol have additives that prevent deposits anyway? It seems expensive to use these in tank additives as well as fork out for the ones in the petrol.

I think Toluene is the way to go for cleaning and preventitive maintenence.

Check it out. It is a great octane booster as well. I use it in all my turbo cars. Makes a world of difference! Try it won't hurt anything. I swear by the stuff.
