Just wondering if I can run a 4AGE on a 4AFC tank, will it work in the short term? I want to do my conversion yet I have been too lazy to source an EFI tank so far... The search has thrown up some interesting concepts regarding external fuel pumps, most noticeably the smell of petrol fumes and surging in the fuel supply. You can use the 4ac tank with an externally mounted pump, as long as you replace all of the old fuel hose with high pressure efi hose, and mount the pump where it cant be damaged. Its also a good idea to run a new fuel line if you plan on any mods later down the track. I used an 8mm line out of an EA. [Report message to a moderator]
