Does anyone know someone in Brisbane that can make me a front swaybar for my 1G-GTE powered RA28 with TA23 crossmember and a front sump as the original now goes through the front of the sump. Went to Fulcrum to see if Whiteline made one which they didnt, Any advice/companys that may have one off the shelf, or if using a swaybar from different model of toyota may work.

I have a RA28, with a TA23 xmember, and a 3TGTE engine that has a front sump.
Whiteline made me a custom adjustable swaybar up for around $200.
Cheers

Been down this path for other person with a similar model and engine conbination and can tell you full stop here in OZ there is no off-the-shelf front sway bar that will fit this car, no is there any Toyota one that will fit either. Don't know/did not try other makes.
As Joel said, you will need to get this bar custom made. If you are near Fulcrum or K-mac, and speak nicely to them, them may be able to bend up a bar for you on-site while you wait, and only charge you a little more than list price for a std bar.
