Looking for someone to reco a carby in Melbourne

Hi all,
I have an RA40 - 1980 model Celica completely bog stock. The carb needs a rebuild, and rather than ruining it by doing it myself, I would like to find someone in Melbourne south / south east (bayside area) who can do a reco at a reasonable price. Can anyone suggest a good workshop who wont charge the earth to do the rebuild? I also need a few other bits and pieces done (flexible brake hoses, uni joints etc..) so a general mechanic would be prefered. Or alternately, if anyone thinks they can do it themselves and wants a bit fo cash, let me know!
