Wanted knock sensor, any Toyota will do.

Hi guys, I am looking for a knock sensor for a 4AGZE. However, as we will be using an aftermarket ECU, I am not particular, as to where it comes from. I just need to fill the hole on the block, and wire it up. Any help would be greatfully accepted.
